Fragen & Antworten
Müssen alle Fahrzeuge gemeinsam gebucht werden?
Ja. Die Gruppenkonditionen gelten bei einer Sammelbuchung mit einem Ansprechpartner für denselben Termin bzw. dasselbe Event. Der Ansprechpartner erhält für die Nennung der Gruppe zusätzlich eine Gutschrift.
Können Teilnehmer trotzdem einzeln bezahlen?
Auf Wunsch ist das möglich – der Ansprechpartner erhält dann eine Übersicht. Wichtig: Die Gruppenkonditionen gelten, sobald alle Teilnehmer verbindlich bestätigt sind.
Was passiert, wenn jemand abspringt und wir unter 3 Fahrzeuge fallen?
Dann wird die Buchung auf den regulären Preis bzw. die passende Staffel angepasst. Alternativ kann ein Ersatzfahrer nachrücken.
Bis wann gilt der Gruppenpreis?
Solange Plätze verfügbar sind. Gruppen empfehlen wir, früh anzufragen – besonders bei beliebten Terminen.
Können wir als Gruppe zusammen in der Box stehen?
Wenn möglich, berücksichtigen wir das gern. Geben Sie in der Anfrage einfach „gemeinsamer Stellplatz“ an.

Questions & answers
Do all vehicles have to be booked together?
Yes. The group conditions apply to a collective booking with one contact person for the same date/event. The contact person receives an additional credit for naming the group.
Can participants still pay individually?
This is possible on request – the contact person then receives an overview. Important: the group conditions apply as soon as all participants have been confirmed.
What happens if someone drops out and we end up with fewer than three cars?
In this case the booking is adjusted to the regular price or the appropriate tier. Alternatively, a replacement driver can take the place.
How long is the group price valid?
As long as places are available. We recommend that groups enquire early, especially for popular dates.
Can we stand together as a group in the pit lane?
If possible, we are happy to take this into account. Simply state “shared parking space” in your request.
